Ashley has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry, working in mining civil construction projects, open cut mining, fixed plant and underground mining contracts across Australia and Africa. 

Ashley is a dedicated problem-solver, trainer, and leader. His passion for growth for Westfill Group Pty Ltd, is what led to the build out of Westfill Group and subsidiary companies.  

Driven by a passion for the safety of employees and continued improvement, Solved Software and Westfill Innovation were born, offering mechanical tools and products to ensure physical safety and desktop applications to minimise potential risks onsite.
